Why is my shipping address not showing up?

The "find address" field will look up your address on the NZ Post database once you start typing. It sometimes helps if you don't type too much. Perhaps just start with the street name and then wait for the dropdown menu to give suggestions.

What is the "preferred delivery date"?

It is the date that you want the cherries to arrive at the delivery address. We will dispatch your cherries the day before your chosen preferred delivery date. Courier Post complete 98% of overnight deliveries on time. RD addresses may take longer. 

Can you deliver to rural addresses?

Yes, we can deliver to all registered addresses on the mainland of New Zealand (North and South Island). However, deliveries to RD addresses may take longer. If this Courier Post address checker shows your address as rural, there is a possibility that your order may not be delivered overnight. When possible, please provide a non-rural delivery address or a PO box.

Will I get a tracking number for my parcel?

Yes, your dispatch confirmation email will show the tracking number for your delivery. To track your order please visit Courier Post Track & Trace and enter your tracking number.
