Bonus Earning Potential
A bucket bonus for pickers is calculated at the higher of; $6 per bucket OR minimum wage.
For example, if you pick 4 buckets in an hour you will earn $24.00, If you pick 3 buckets per hour your wage will be $23.95 (Wage subject to changes in Minimum Wage Act, 1983)
An end of season bonus of $1 per bucket can also be earned.
