A bucket bonus for pickers is calculated at the higher of; between $5-$7 per bucket OR minimum wage.

For example, if you pick 5 buckets in an hour and the bucket rate is 5$, you will earn $25.00 for that hour.

If you pick 4 buckets per hour and the bucket rate is 5$, your hourly wage will be $23.95 (Wage subject to changes in Minimum Wage Act, 1983)

An end of season bonus of $1 per bucket can also be earned. 

We also offer a seasonal bonus potential to our packhouse staff, which is usually an hourly rate bonus based on attendance.
