With over 10 years’ experience in administration and management, she brings a highly organised, solutions-focused approach to ensuring systems are robust, efficient, and well aligned to operational needs.

Carla leads the operation and marketing of Pure Otago Direct, Pure Pac’s online platform delivering premium cherries direct to customers. She manages the end-to-end e-commerce experience, from platform functionality through to digital marketing, playing a key role in connecting customers with high-quality fruit while supporting strong returns for growers.

Alongside this, Carla is closely involved in compliance and bookkeeping, contributing to the accuracy and reliability of the business’s internal processes. Her attention to detail, combined with a strong interest in systems development and digital innovation, underpins the performance of both Pure Pac’s internal operations and its online presence.
