James Huffadine is the Operations Manager at Pure Pac, responsible for overseeing packhouse operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of product from orchard to market. With over 10 years’ experience in the cherry industry, he brings practical, hands-on expertise and a deep understanding of production systems to his role.

In addition to his position at Pure Pac, James is employed by Parkburn Management Ltd as Orchard Manager, giving him a unique perspective across both growing and post-harvest operations. This dual role enables strong alignment between orchard and packhouse, supporting consistent quality and operational efficiency.

James works closely with the Business Manager on commercial opportunities, contributing both operational insight and a grounded, solutions-focused approach. His experience and oversight play a key role in ensuring Pure Pac delivers positive grower outcomes.
